1. General provisions

  1. These Terms govern the use of the ocheGO website, hereinafter the ‘Website’.
  2. The service provider and operator is Bartłomiej Wawrzyniak, address: ul. Poznańska 37, 63-005 Kleszczewo, Poland, e-mail: [email protected], hereinafter the ‘Service Provider’.
  3. The Terms are available free of charge in a form that permits their display, saving and reproduction.

2. Services

  1. The Website provides free tools supporting darts games, including game modes and rules, player names, throw recording, score calculation, history and statistics.
  2. The Website is an auxiliary and informational tool. It is not an official refereeing system, tournament organiser or gambling service.
  3. The Service Provider currently does not offer user accounts, sales, payments, newsletters or public user content.

3. Technical requirements

  1. Use requires an internet-connected device, a current browser, JavaScript and access to browser storage.
  2. The user bears internet connection costs under their agreement with their provider.
  3. Some functions may not work correctly in outdated browsers or when JavaScript or browser storage is disabled.

4. Contract

  1. The electronic services agreement is concluded when the user begins using the Website.
  2. It lasts for the period of use and may be terminated at any time by ceasing use and deleting browser data.
  3. Basic functions do not require registration.

5. Rules of use

  1. The Website must be used lawfully, in accordance with good practice, these Terms and its purpose.
  2. Illegal content, infringement of third-party rights, malicious code and actions disrupting operation or security are prohibited.
  3. Users should be entitled to use names and other information entered into the Website.

6. Locally stored data

  1. The Website stores on the user’s device the player profile, preferences, game settings and participants, local identifiers, scores, throws, history and statistics needed for selected functions.
  2. It may cache pages and technical resources to improve performance and enable some offline functions. The selected language is also stored in an essential cookie.
  3. Locally stored gameplay and profile data are not sent to the Service Provider’s database. Requests for pages and resources still reach the server and may create technical logs.
  4. Clearing browser data, private mode or changing device may cause data loss. Users are responsible for copies they wish to retain.

7. Advertising and external services

  1. The Website may be funded by advertising supplied by external partners, in particular Google AdSense. Advertising may appear only after this function is enabled by the Service Provider.
  2. Advertisements are third-party content and do not constitute the Service Provider’s recommendation or endorsement.
  3. The availability, form and personalisation of ads may depend on location, device settings and consent choices. Refusing optional advertising technologies does not restrict basic Website functions, but may result in no personalised ads or in limited or non-personalised ads.
  4. The Website may use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic, understand use and improve the Website. It will be activated only under the Privacy Policy and after any required consent has been obtained.

8. Availability and liability

  1. The Service Provider seeks to ensure proper operation but may temporarily restrict availability for maintenance, updates, failures, security threats or circumstances beyond its control.
  2. Calculations and rule descriptions may contain errors. Official events are governed by the organiser’s rules and referee’s decisions.
  3. Subject to liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Service Provider is not responsible for the content, availability or actions of advertiser websites and services visited outside the Website.
  4. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Intellectual property

  1. Rights in the Website, its code, graphics, layout and original materials belong to the Service Provider or applicable licensors.
  2. Use does not transfer intellectual property rights beyond ordinary use of Website functions.
  3. Game names and scoring rules are presented for information. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

10. Complaints

  1. Complaints may be sent to [email protected].
  2. A complaint should describe the issue, date, device and browser and include details needed to reply. Passwords and unnecessary data should not be provided.
  3. The Service Provider will respond without undue delay and no later than 14 days.

11. Amendments and final provisions

  1. The Terms may be amended for important reasons, including changes in law, Website functions, technology, funding model or Service Provider details.
  2. Changes do not prejudice acquired rights. A new version applies from the date stated in it.
  3. Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under the law applicable at the consumer’s place of residence.
  4. The Privacy Policy applies to personal data.

These Terms apply from 9 August 2026.
